Why we started with circadian sleep
When we stepped back and asked, "What does a true personalized health optimization platform need to start with?" the answer was clear.
If your sleep and circadian rhythm are off, everything else is affected.
Energy, mood, focus, metabolism, immune function, and long-term health are deeply influenced by the timing and quality of your sleep.
Yet most tools focus on what happened after the fact or offer advice that is hard to turn into a concrete plan.
We wanted something different: a system that looks at your sleep pattern and your preferred schedule and then answers a very practical question.
Given the way you slept and the way you want to live, what should today look like so that tonight’s sleep is easier and more restorative?
That is the purpose of Aeveos.

What is Circadian Sleep Optimization?
Circadian Sleep Optimization is our term for using a few key daily levers to align your internal body clock with both your biology and your real life.
Instead of treating sleep as a single event that happens at night, we treat it as the outcome of how you manage three powerful levers during the day:

Aeveos is the first app built specifically around this idea.
We are committed to making this approach practical and evidence informed, without drifting into vague wellness language. The goal is to give you clear, specific actions that help your body be ready to sleep at the times your life demands.
What Aeveos does today
This first version of Aeveos is elegant and simple by design. Under the surface, it already has the foundations for a much larger system. On the surface, it focuses on doing a few important things well.
Here is what you can do in the app right now.
1. Log your sleep

Each day, you can quickly log:
- When you went to sleep.
- When you woke up.
- How you woke up, such as with an alarm, a noise, or naturally.
- Optional notes if there is something you want to remember about that night.
We kept this intentionally lightweight so it is easy to use every day without feeling like work. Your logs are the raw material that Aeveos uses to shape your daily plan.
2. Get a tailored daily circadian plan

Once you have logged your sleep, Aeveos generates a personalized plan for today that focuses on the key levers that influence your sleep:
- LightGuidance on when to seek bright light and when to transition to a dimmer, more sleep friendly environment.
- NutritionSuggested timing for your meals and a sensible window for your last caffeine so it is less likely to interfere with tonight’s sleep.
- MovementGuidance for when activity fits best to support your energy and your ability to wind down later.

These are not random suggestions. They are structured into a plan for the day that respects your recent sleep pattern, your preferred sleep and wake times, and your time zone and basic preferences.
You do not have to follow it perfectly to benefit. Even partially following the plan starts nudging your system in a better direction.
3. See your sleep as a pattern

Aeveos includes an analytics view that makes it easy to see your recent sleep as a pattern instead of isolated nights.
You can:
- View a two-week graph of your sleep logs.
- See how your actual sleep and wake times compare to your ideal targets.
- Get a sense of your sleep duration and timing at a glance.
You also see simple summary metrics such as average sleep duration, average sleep time, and average wake time.

You can also edit your past sleep logs if you need to correct or add details, as well as add new events for days you may have missed.
We will add more analytics over time, with a focus on metrics that genuinely help you understand your sleep rather than charts for their own sake.
4. Tell the system what good looks like for you

On the Me page, you can set the basic preferences that define what you are working toward:
- Your ideal sleep time.
- Your ideal wake time.
- Your time zone.
- Your preferred theme, such as light or dark mode.
This matters because Aeveos is not trying to force everyone into one standard schedule. It is designed to help you move toward a schedule that fits your real life in a way that is healthier and more sustainable. Many more preferences will be added soon, adding a deeper level of personalization.
How it works in three steps

Step 1 — Log your sleep
Enter when you went to bed and when you woke up, choose how you woke up, and add a note if you want. It takes only a moment.

Step 2 — Get today’s circadian plan
Aeveos uses your recent sleep pattern and your preferences to generate a structured plan for today that focuses on the timing of light, nutrition, and movement.

Step 3 — Improve tonight’s sleep and build toward your ideal schedule
By following the plan as best you can, you make it easier for your body to fall asleep and wake up closer to your desired times. Over days and weeks, those individual nights add up and your sleep starts to support the life you are trying to live.
Who Aeveos is for
Aeveos is built for people who care about their health and are willing to make small, practical changes to improve it.
It can be a good fit if:
